This week, I feel like I should apologise for my absence, and for my lack of posts on Tuesday & Friday like I would normally. On Tuesday, my heart was too sore. How I could chat away about teachers gifts when there were three precious babies who no longer had their mama to fuss about what to get each teacher? Having spent Monday, like so many other Aussies, watching TV & social media, waiting for updates, the heartbreaking end to the Sydney siege on Tuesday morning occupied my thoughts, and I didn’t have it in me to blog. By Friday, the events of Sydney, Peshawar & Cairns, having consumed the news all week, had me holding my babies, now on holidays, close to me & soaking up every moment.
Blogging will be sporadic over the next couple of weeks. I hope to share a tutorial on Tuesday for a last minute Christmas gift. I will still be tweeting & instagramming & blogging my Sunday wrap ups. But as silly season & school holidays move into high gear, the blog will be shifting to holiday mode too. Regular posting will be back in 2015, once life is a bit calmer, including all the projects that have been keeping me up so late. Have a fabulous Sunday, and a hopefully stress-free week ahead.
